WOYWW: Only Goodness and Kindness

I woke up to this desk.
There is some empty space....amazing!

That's because I was applying gesso and acrylic emulsion
on some book pages and it was drying on
different surfaces around my craft room.

I also made this little pocket (below)
out of book paper coated with acrylic emulsion.
So easy to do!
And I can think of many projects
to make with bookpaper, emulsion,
a thread and needle.
I'll be posting instructions later on our

This morning I read from Psalm 23.

One of my favorite lines from this Psalm is,
"Only goodness and kindness
follow me all the days of my life..."
Psalm 23:6

When I was reflecting about this
I was wondering how I could still say this
even if my mother was sick,
even if many of my countrymen
were devastated by the recent typhoon,
even if many of them need homes,
livelihood, even the basic necessities like food and water!

I think it is because after years of
listening to God, knowing Him
through the Book about Him,
I know I can trust Him,
He knows what He is doing,
even if I do not understand!

Yes, only goodness and kindness and mercy
and peace and love follow me.

God is a faithful God.

"We all have an inner need to find God
and to understand the mystery of who He is."

"Every person's quest for purpose,
meaning and hope is, at its core,
the quest to understand God
and His plan for us."

Every week I choose one wonderful visitor
who leaves a comment
to receive an ATC from me.
I know it takes so much time and effort
to leave a comment
and I appreciate it soooo much!
