Oooooh what a big mess I have for you today!
A pile of unfinished canvases....
My journal...
I bought something new - Golden Glazing Medium-
and I've been timidly experimenting with it.
So far I love it!
"Delight" is almost finished,
just a few finishing touches.
It is propped up on my easel.
And on my journal, a verse from Mark 7:
"It's not what goes into your body that defiles you,
you are defiled by what comes from your heart."
....and from the abundance of our heart,
the mouth speaks.
We will know what's in our heart
by the words that we say!
So let's speak only good,
encouraging, building up words!

So nice to visit your desk again Patsy, as Julia has posted early I'm at home (Tuesday evening), at work your blog just doesn't want to load for me any more and locks up my browser!! Peggy's does the same too for some reason. Anyway, beautiful canvas and I love your stack of canvasses too!

ReplyDeleteI love the stack of canvases and your painting. And your journal inspiration is so right on. I'm always trying to find something inspiring to put in my journals. I keep one set aside for personal ranting, but the ones I most like to work on are with quotes to keep me positive. Therefore, I don't use my ranting journal very often :)
