PPF: Who do I See?

Last year I had a lot of fun 

joining the Ultimate Blog Party and so here I am hopping on!

My name is Patsy and every day I paint every day!

I live in the Philippines and I love it,

that I get to meet so many people

ALL around the world!

ME!!!

 "When I look in the mirror

who do I see?

Do I really see Jesus

staring at me?"

This is what ran over and over in my mind

while I was painting,

after reading the Scriptures

from the Book of Wisdom, chapter 3:

"Merely to see him is a hardship for us,

because his life is not like that of others,

and different are his ways."

 I definitely do not see Jesus

when I look in the mirror!

I see me with all my flaws!

But all is not lost!

Because in Philippians 1:6, we can be confident

"that He who began a good work in me

will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus."

And that is why it is so important 

to read the Bible.

"...search the scriptures.." Jn.5:39

Why should we read the Bible?
Take it from a non Christian-

"You Christians look after a document 

containing enough dynamite 

to blow all civilization to pieces, 

turn the world upside down and 

bring peace to a battle-torn planet. 

But you treat it as though it is 

nothing more than a piece of literature."

If this "document" can change the world,

what can it do to me?
