I woke up to this today-
on the right, a pile of paper covered with wall putty,
on the left, some prepared backgrounds which I finished
before I went to sleep.
Most of the other stuff
should not be there at all!
A toilet paper roll, bubble liquid, an empty plastic bottle,
paper doily, coins, etc.
Really! Looking at my desk,
I'm thinking I should take the time to throw stuff away!
I cleared up enough to start working on my
faith journal page for today.
The gospel reading for today is
Mark 4:1-20
which is about a sower who sowed seed
on several kinds of soil.
Of course I want to be the soil,
the rich soil which would produce
abundant fruit, blooming flowers!
"Some seed fell on rich soil..."
We are sowers too!
We too can plant seeds.
What is the best investment that we can make?
What is the richest soil we can plant in?
The greatest investment of our life
would be if we invested in God's work!
What kind of investment would earn us
rewards that will last for eternity?
Investing in God's work
would give us eternal returns!
"Whoever does the will of God
is my brother and sister and mother."
Mark 3:35
This is what Jesus said.
What better way is there to invest in God's work
than obeying God?
Is God telling you to do something today?
"Whatever word God is sending you today,
welcome it,
act on it, and let it change you."
Every week I choose one wonderful visitor
who leaves a comment
to receive an ATC from me.
I know it takes so much time and effort
to leave a comment
and I appreciate it soooo much!
What are the odds that this week,
for the second time in a row,
