Even if I have sooo many things to do,
I don't want to miss the party!
Paint Party Friday, that is!
This has been sitting on my work desk
for quite some time.
It has a crackled background
and I quite like the tree!
But I am quite stuck about what else to do with it!
On my journal this morning,
I drew Jesus with a big heart.
In the Catholic Church,
we are observing the Feast of
the Sacred Heart of Jesus today,
a feast which celebrates the love of God!
I know that if we are confident in the
magnificent, unfathomable,
immeasurable love of God,
we will have a
peace and joy beyond understanding!
Even if we have so many challenges and sorrows,
God can miraculously give us His gifts of
peace and joy!

ReplyDeletelove your art. and I feel your joy in the colors you choose. I love the Jesus one too. I did a Jesus watercolor painting once ..it started out as just a painting of a person then I decided it was Jesus ...funny thing I should do a post on those watercolors I did for my dads book of Lectio Divina meditations (not my usual medium) would you be interested to see them?

Love the drawing/artwork. Something I simply cannot do...and thoroughly have regretted that particular lack of skill. A joy to watch what others CAN, however.
