WOYWW: Our Inheritance!

Today I have lots of pictures for you!
First, here's my desk as I left it.
I was on the computer last night
and I don't know about you,
but I open a LOT of windows when I am online.
My son complains that it slows the connection down.

So I started listing down the URLs
so I could close some of them down-
and that's what on this notebook.
When I read the comments from my blog on my email,
I always intend to visit and I click on the link,
and that's usually why I have
so many windows open on my browser!

Another view. As if it's that interesting!

Last Monday was Election Day
here in the Philippines
and my friends, sisters and I made good use of the
holiday to have a paint party!

And here are some of us proudly showing off our work!

This is something I started during our paint party.
I decided to use it for today's word:
"And now I commend you to God
and to that gracious Word of His
that can build you up and give you
the inheritance among all who are consecrated."
Acts 20:32

I like to think of the inheritance that awaits us
as children of the King of Kings!
We don't belong here. This is not our home.
We have a home that is beyond our imaginings,
beyond anything we can conceive.

Can you imagine living in a wonderful place
where LOVE surrounds you?
Where there is JOY that just bursts out of everybody?
That PEACE beyond understanding
protects our minds and hearts
and is a sign at the gates?

THAT is our inheritance!

Preparing ATCs for sending out!

Every week I choose one wonderful visitor
who leaves a comment
to receive an ATC from me.
I know it takes so much time and effort
to leave a comment
and I appreciate it soooo much!

This week,
Random.org chose
Visit her joy filled blog
with lots of great ideas!

Joining the lovely Julia Dunnit for a
peek at desks and projects!
I love blog parties!
Won't you join us?
Sometimes I put on my best pajamas
and party here:

Blessings!
Patsy

  12. Oh you are super ATC prepared! I love the idea of your paint party - seems to me that y'all have a talent for it. Your open windows story made me laugh - I'm a one job at a time gal and find all the open tabs untidy, so don't do it. Ironic from the untidiest desk user on the list, huh!!

  18. Hi Patsy, it's always a pleasure visiting your blog. Very encouraging. You sure used your holiday in good use, that paint party sounds fun! Perhaps I can do that too next time my sibs are in town.

BTW, why was there an Alaska SLIM milk on the table? Was it part of the project or merienda? Hihihi
