I completely forgot it was a Wednesday!
First time in years! Or is it months?
And now the internet is not cooperating
And I am doing this on my Ipad.
Now does anyone know how to upload a photo
From the Ipad photo roll?
I'm going to fix this when I get to work!
EDIT!!!
My desk after my sister Peggy shouted, "WOYWW!"
from next door.
I am deciding what to do with the gardening book
I found in my junk.
Will I make it into a journal
(because I don't garden)?
The other side of my desk.
"My soul magnifies the Lord!"
Today is the Solemnity of the
Assumption of Mary.
"Son of man, eat what is in front of you."
was told to eat the Word
so that he would internalize it!!
Every week I choose one from my
wonderful visitors who take the time
and trouble to leave a comment,
to receive an ATC or a postcard from me.
This week I will send Natasha of Define Your Joy
her choice of an ATC.
Visit Natasha to see her paintings
bursting with joyous colors!
peek at desks and projects!
I love blog parties!
Won't you join us?
Linking up with
Joan at Reflections of His Grace
I use my pad all the time to upload, download the blogger app, which is free and you can blog and upload from there :)
ReplyDeletehope this helps
Drats - my comment just disappeared. Anyways, I was saying. It's Tuesday night here so I'm getting a jump on visiting desks. I don't have an ipad so can't help you there. As always, I enjoy my visit to see what you are up to.
ReplyDeleteBlog candy is announced so pop on over.
Happy WOYWW

Lol - that's the benefit of having your sister next door!! I would definitely use the gardening book for something, rather do something beautiful with it than gather dust on a shelf!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, LLJ #72 xx
always love your work thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteI love that scripture about Ezekiel (and love the dreds...!) We are indeed to internalize His Word and share it. I had to look up the chapter. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE how Peggy yelled at you from next door!! Very funny! I like to garden so would use the book for that but that's the beauty of different people, I know I'll enjoy seeing what you use it for too. It seems that my blog photos weren't accessible for a couple of hours in the early morning (my time) but they're ok again now!!

I think a messy desk is a sign of creativity. So you can think of your artwork as the way you work out the chaos on your desk--which translates into beauty! Thanks for your authentic, albeit hurried, post, Patsy. It made me smile!
ReplyDeleteAren't we lucky to have our sisters so close? :-) Your post cards/ ATCs are really special.

I enjoy your journal pages.
ReplyDeleteWell Patsy, that makes me smile again - that you live next door to your sister, I just love that. And the ipad thingy...grr, sometimes I use the blogger app, but it's not TOTALLY reliable! YOur art has taken a turn..you've gone for a distressed look on your pages. Adds to the solemnity I think.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny, but I am hearing so many people having problems with their internet lately, makes me worried that one day it will be so overloaded that the whole thing will crash! waving hi from the sandy beaches of Florida ;0
ReplyDeletei'm sure you'll be able to make a very beautiful journal with the gardening book..
ReplyDeletehappy aug 15 wed... :)
Beautiful artwork! I don't garden either~wish I did. I try now and again.
ReplyDeleteGreat artwork, as usual!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed day! dani#33
Hi Patsy! This is another beautiful piece of art, and I am SO VERY GRATEFUL to you for always sharing your art with us and playing along at Word Art Wednesday. You were randomly selected as our lucky winner in last week's challenge. I have contacted Lindsay from Lindsay's Stamp Stuff at My Grafico and she will be in touch with you via email to let you know how to claim your prize. THanks so much for sharing this with us, Patsy. You are a blessing to me. And just like Mary, MY SOUL DOTH MAGNIFY THE LORD.

Now, how I wish I could just eat up pages of the bible and eat up in order to retain every word we need at every attack of the enemy and to answer every question asked, or to deal with a difficult situation. That might make me more focused on His ways and not mine... on His promises and not on my fears, on His truth and not on my own do-it-myself operator.
ReplyDeleteGreat post and art always, here Patsy. Blessings to your weekend.
Beautiful sketches looking really good! keep sharing!
ReplyDeleteYour art work in incredibly beautiful. You are one talented lady.
ReplyDeleteI always like visiting to see what you are up to. I like the idea of turning the gardening book into a journal-- repurposing things is fun and gives them new life.
ReplyDeleteI love coming to your blog, there is always somethin g here to inspire and uplift.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated WOYWW!
